Franca Brusco, graduated at the University of Messina, since 2002 has been registered in the list of Certified Public Accountants and in the Register of Auditors. She operates her own accounting firm in Rome and Milan and provides assistance and consulting services on corporate issues, financial statements and tax issues to companies, trade associations and public bodies.
From 2003 to date, she has been a consultant for listed companies and non-profit entities in the marine infrastructure, anti-pollution, renewable energy, logistics and commerce industries, as well as for economic and non-economic public bodies. Within these areas, she has assisted management in administrative, financial, accounting and tax management, as well as the monitoring of the internal control and risk management system. She has consolidated experience in the field of business consultancy, in terms of ordinary and extraordinary operations pertaining to tax profiles and commercial law, giving opinions on company law, tax law and other laws relating to corporate reorganisation. Her advisory support has also concerned the set up and monitoring of the administrative and accounting structure, the drafting of the ordinary and consolidated financial statements, economic and financial planning and the auditing of accounts.
As a lecturer, she has participated in staff-oriented meetings and training courses, concerning tax, corporate and accounting matters, including public accounting matters.
She is Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Lazio Ambiente S.p.A. and standing auditor of the Board of Biancamano S.p.A., CDP Industria S.p.A. and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A.

She is member of the audit committee the Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare Mediterraneo Meridionale and independent director of Gruppo Garofalo Heath Care S.p.A.

From 29 April 2016 to 26 April 2019 she has been the Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors of ENAV and, since 15 May 2018 has been Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the ENAV Group Company D-Flight S.p.A. Since 26 April 2019 she is a Standing Auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of ENAV S.p.A.

Pierumberto Spanò, graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from LUISS Guido Carli, has been a chartered accountant since 1988 and has been an authorized Italian Auditor since 1995.

He has extensive experience in business, corporate and tax consultancy, both in relation to ordinary activities than to extraordinary transactions. He has also developed expertise in the administrative management of the construction, infrastructure, air transport and pension sectors. He was a member of the study group on Corporate Governance set up at Assogestioni and tutor in some postgraduate training schools (LUISS School of Management, CUOA, Istituto Tagliacarne, etc.) in business, corporate and tax matters. He occasionally writes articles for the column Norme e Tributi (rules and tributes) of the italian newspaper Il Sole24ore.

Since 2013 he has been an Of Counsel at the firm Studio Tributario Deiure, which deals with tax and corporate consultancy for leading Italian and multinational companies.

He currently holds the position of Chairman of the board of statutory auditors in: Veneta Sanitaria Finanza di Progetto S.p.A ., Astaldi Concessioni S.p.A. and Ente Previdenza dei Periti Industriali - EPPI. He is a standing statutory auditor of DIRPA2 S.c. a r.l., Stoccaggi Gas Italia S.p.A. and Titagarth Firema S.p.A., and he is the sole statutory auditor of Danimarca S.r.l. Piumini Danesi as well as Chairman of Supervisory Body of Astaldi S.p.A.

Since 26 April 2019 he has been a Statutory Auditor of ENAV S.p.A.”
