the selection process

The selection process is designed to foster a reciprocal understanding between the ENAV Group and potential new employees. This understanding makes it possible to assess the fit between the candidate and the company

Our selection process is divided into a number of steps, including evaluation of applications, psychological-aptitude assessments and meetings and technical-professional evaluations. The process can be broken down into additional steps depending on the skills needed for the job.

Applications for an open position can be sent through LinkedIn or to recruiting. To apply, you need to register, complete your CV and answer a questionnaire regarding the position. Candidates will receive a confirmation e-mail.

CVs are screened on the basis of the requirements indicated in the job announcement, such as education, professional experience and language skills.

Candidates whose qualifications are appropriate for the job are invited to participate in selection tests, which may use a variety of formats: interviews, self-assessment questionnaires, aptitude tests, questionnaires to assess English language skills, group exercises, etc.

The selected candidates will be contacted to formalize the recruitment. If training is planned, this step is subsequent to the successful completion of the training.

This process provides you with training to learn about ENAV, its vision and Mission known. The participation of top management also helps new hires with the familiarisation process.

Other tools supporting the selection process include personality and motivation questionnaires.

  • Before starting, focus on your strong points and the areas where you feel you can improve
  • Respond quickly, bearing in mind that these are general statements and the goal is to give an image of yourself that is as close to reality as possible
  • Perform the test without interruption to ensure consistency in your answers

Group Exercises

These are group tests in which you have to manage a situation within a team and achieve a shared goal.

  • Try to achieve an appropriate mix in the attention you pay to the goal and to relationships
  • Choose the right moment to present your idea
  • You don’t necessarily have to talk a lot: quality is more important than quantity
