compliance model and group code of ethics

ENAV has adopted a Group Code of Ethics which sets out principles and rules of conduct designed to underscore our credibility and reliability in the social and economic environment in which we operate

ENAV has adopted and constantly updates its Group Code of Ethics, which governs the rights, duties and responsibilities that ENAV and the companies of the Group assume in respect of the stakeholders with whom they interact in the performance of their activities, and is applied to corporate bodies, management, employees, external associates, commercial partners, suppliers and all those who have relationships with the Company.

The adoption of principles of conduct and ethical standards to be observed in relations with third parties is also a manifestation of the Company's commitment to the prevention of the crimes referred to in Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as the prevention of corruption and fraud, and in this sense the Group Code of Ethics forms an integral part of the Compliance Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The Supervisory Body of ENAV, which was appointed on 12 May 2022 as collegial composition of external members, in the persons of Maurizio Bortolotto (President), Marina Scandurra and Domenico Gullo (members), has the task of supervising the operation of and compliance with the Compliance Model and the Group Code of Ethics, as well as updating them in response to development in the ENAV organizational structure or the applicable regulatory framework.
