The ENAV Group has several official social channels through which it communicates all its activities. It provides the community with information about the company's core business, management's public outings, participation in national and international events and/or worktables.

All content published on social profiles reflects ENAV's core values.

2. Values and Principles

The Group adopts an inclusive policy, which promotes respect for diversity, gender equality, social equity and the rejection of all forms of discrimination, verbal violence or exclusion. Social channels are open spaces but governed by principles of civil coexistence and responsibility.

3. Moderation Rules

The management of social channels involves constant monitoring of interactions, with the aim of ensuring a peaceful, polite, welcoming and respectful environment for all users.

Content that includes:

  • Vulgar or offensive language (profanity)
  • Expressions of hatred, incitement to violence or discrimination of any kind
  • Threatening, aggressive or defamatory comments towards people, institutions or groups

4. Content Management

The ENAV Group reserves the right to intervene at any time to remove non-compliant comments and to respond, moderate or not interact based on the relevance and quality of the conversations.

In case of repeated violations, the user will be blocked.
