ENAV has filed with Borsa Italiana, the Italian stock exchange, a request for eligibility to list the company pursuant to the Italian Securities Market Regulation. Concurrently ENAV has also filed the request for approval of the Registration Document with Consob (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa), the Italian financial markets regulator.
