ENAV Group took part in the Inclusion Job Day, the virtual career day dedicated to the employment of people with disabilities, organised by Cesop HR Consulting Company.

In the presentation given by Irene Capasso, ENAV Disability Manager, entitled ‘Inclusion: a core value of the ENAV Group’, we explained how inclusion is a guiding principle rather than a mere formality – a concrete approach that shapes the way we select, welcome and value people.

Events such as these provide an opportunity to build a bridge between the company and talented individuals who often struggle to find common ground, fostering new and increasingly efficient connections and processes.
