Rome, 15 July 2026 – ENAV announces that, effective today, Dr. Ivan Rebernik has joined the ENAV Group as Chief People & Corporate Services Officer.

Holding a degree in Philosophy and having completed Executive Programs at Luiss Business School, Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School, Ivan Rebernik has built extensive managerial experience in human resources, corporate organization and operating model transformation.

He began his professional career within the Enel Group, where he held positions of increasing responsibility across both the Human Resources function and Business Lines. In this context, he led customer service processes, channels and systems supporting the liberalized energy market, contributing to major organizational, digital and operational transformation programs.

He subsequently served as Director of Human Resources, Organization and Facility Management at Open Fiber, where he played a key role in the company's start-up and growth phase. In this position, he was responsible for several corporate functions, including Sustainability, Security and Cyber Security, HSEQ, Internal Communication, Facility Management and General Services. He also supported the growth of one of Italy's leading digital infrastructure companies by leading the definition of its organizational structure, the evolution of its people management models and the development of its corporate culture.

As of today, Dr. Rebernik does not hold any shares in the Company.
