Rome, 23 June 2026 – The Board of Directors of ENAV S.p.A., meeting today under the chairmanship of Sandro Pappalardo, confirmed Ms. Loredana Bottiglieri as the Manager Responsible for Preparing the Company’s Financial Report pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998, with responsibility for providing assurance on sustainability reporting in accordance with paragraph 5-ter of the aforementioned article.

The appointment will remain in effect until the approval of the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2028. The confirmation was approved by the Board of Directors, with the favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, in compliance with the requirements established by law and the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association.

Ms. Bottiglieri will continue to be responsible for ENAV S.p.A.’s Administration and Financial Statements Department within the Administration, Finance, Control and Sustainability organizational structure headed by Chief Financial Officer Luca Colman.

As of today’s date, Ms. Loredana Bottiglieri holds 1,100 shares in the Company.
