Enav Finalizes the acquisition of 85% of Aiview Group

The ENAV Group strengthens its position in drone and U-Space services

 

 

Rome, March 26, 2026 – ENAV S.p.A. announces that it has finalized today the acquisition of 85% of AIView Group, a high-tech company specializing in drone services and unmanned systems, with a strong focus on the application of artificial intelligence for gathering, analysis and valorization of data. AIView primarily operates in the domain of advanced inspection and maintenance of complex infrastructure, leveraging a proprietary software platform and the use of commercial drones.

 

The closing of the transaction, after the binding term sheet signed on December 23, 2025, has been performed with the execution of the share purchase agreement, the fulfillment of the conditions’ precedent set forth therein, as well as the successful completion of due diligence activities.

 

The transaction foresees a consideration of €7.6 million, net of adjustments provided for in the share purchase agreement, corresponding to an EV/EBITDA multiple of 7.5x, based on a 2025 EBITDA of €1.4 million.

 

This transaction strengthens ENAV’s positioning in the development of drone-related services, a strategic and rapidly growing segment, and forms part of the Group’s broader evolution as an industrial and technological enabler of the U-Space ecosystem, the airspace dedicated to drone operations as well as of critical infrastructure monitoring.

 

The integration of AIView Group’s capabilities will enable ENAV to expand its offering within the non-regulated segment, delivering high value-added, drone-based services powered by advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence, in support of the safety and monitoring of critical infrastructure.
