Rome, May 29, 2025 – ENAV informs that the European Commission (EC) on 28 May 2025 published the EU Decision No. 2025/1058 issued on 19 May 2025, approving the Italian Performance Plan for the fourth Reference Period (RP4), covering the five-year period 2025–2029.

The approval follows the positive opinion issued by the Performance Review Body (PRB), the technical body appointed by the EC to assess the economic and operational performance of Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) and is consistent with the provisions of Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2019/317 as well as Decision No. 2024/1688 published in June 2024.

This approval marks the conclusion of the process for the definition of the Italian Performance Plan for RP4. The Performance Plan defines all the economic and operational parameters to be respected in the five-year period 2025 – 2029, including the performance tariffs that will be applied to airlines.

The business and financial guidelines embedded in ENAV’s Strategic Plan 2025-2029 and presented to the financial market on 1 April 2025 are therefore fully confirmed.
