Rome, 20 February 2023 - We inform that the guidance on the optimal quantitative and qualitative composition of ENAV Board of Directors - approved on 20 February by the Board of Directors of the Company, having regard to Recommendation No. 23 of the Corporate Governance Code and in view of the upcoming shareholders' meeting called for the approval of the financial statements for the year 2022 and to decide, inter alia, on the renewal of the Board - is available to the public on the Company’s website www.enav.it. The notice of call of the shareholders’ meeting and the related documentation will be made available within the terms of law.
