Rome, November 6, 2018 – ENAV communicates that the Chairman Roberto Scaramella has informed the members of the Board of Directors of his intention to leave his position in the Company in order to pursue other professional challenges.

Consequently, the Chairman has called a Board of Directors of ENAV for November 8 in order to formalize this decision and for the appointment of the new Chairman and the adoption of related and consequent resolutions.

The Chairman Roberto Scaramella stated: The last two years in ENAV have been very positive. The work we have carried out together with the CEO, the Board of Directors, the Statutory Auditors and the other control bodies, also thanks to the technical support and trust provided by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, has allowed the Company to deliver strong economic and financial results and exceptional quality of service, in terms of flight safety and punctuality. At the same time the Board of Directors has introduced new corporate governance practices and mechanisms in line with the Code of Conduct and with market best practices. This places ENAV as a point of reference at an international level, not only in the air traffic control sector.
