Ladies and Gentlemen, good morning. I’d like to thank you on behalf of the Chairman and the Members of the Board, the Stock Exchange Borsa Italiana and its CEO Raffaele Jarusalmi for inviting us. 

We are very pleased with this outcome.  

The Ministry of the Economy, which is our principal shareholder from today, and the Ministry of Transport encouraged and supported this operation and contributed significantly to its success.

So we’d like to say thank you to the institutions that believed in this and had faith in us. Thank you also to ENAV’s management and team, who worked with enthusiasm, discipline and professionalism. They applied themselves with sincerity and determination, demonstrating they were conscious of carrying out an important project for the company and its shareholder.

We thank the banks and all the Consultants. Each one did their job, ensuring high quality work, supporting decisions that were not always easy, in leading the company and its shareholder towards this important objective.

The human aspect and our expertise were crucial to the outcome.

ENAV is a wonderful company with great potential. It does an important job for the country, monitoring and managing the planes that fly in our airspace. And it does it all thanks to cutting-edge technology and the professionalism of its personnel.

The initial public offering gave us the opportunity to make ourselves known, to tell others what we do and how we do it, to let others know how our work helps millions of passengers travel safely.

We have always known that our company is sound, and has a significant history to share with a great future, but we did not imagine that we would be able to generate such a positive reaction from the market, so much attention and interest!

We must not forget that ENAV is also an absolute pioneer in this sector worldwide. No other such companies are quoted on the stock exchange.

ENAV is a company that provides a strategic service to our country. It does so whileensuring utmost safety and service quality. For us, these are premises rather than objectives and we will continue to work with the same commitment for our clients – airlines and passengers, our current shareholder and the new ones, and generally, for the whole sector that needs efficiency in order to grow and develop.

I believe that this change is a great opportunity to promote the company and give it greater visibility, on the international level as well, where we aim to consolidate know-how and technology in a market with potential for growth and development.

“Landing” in the stock exchange is a great achievement for us but it is also a point of “departure”. It’s the beginning of an adventure, a challenge to make ENAV even better known and stronger than it already is.
