Milan, January 25th, 2017 - Enav was awarded today a prize for the best strategy in accessing the equity capital markets in 2016. The event, organized by Equita, was held in Milan (Bocconi University).

The prize was organized into 3 different categories: fund raising on debt market, fund raising on the equity market and fund raising by small-sized businesses on the equity market.. 

Enav won the prize for one of the best fund raising transactions on the equity market in 2016 for the innovative nature and effectiveness of the transaction, considered as a solid driver to further grow its business.

The prize was delivered to Enav’s Investor Relator,  Stefano Songini .

Together with the IPOs of IMA and Technogym, Enav’s IPO was voted one of the best equity transactions  in 2016.

A jury chaired and coordinated by  Francesco Perilli  (CEO of EQUITA SIM) selected several market operations of the year.  Raffaele Jerusalmi  - CEO of Borsa Italiana (Italian Market Exchange) - also gave a relevant contribution for the selection.
