Massa, Italy - On September 13th ENAV presented at the HEMS 2019 congress the ECARO (Egnos Civil Aviation ROadmap) project which is funded by the GSA (European GNSS Agency).

The event, which takes place every two years, brings together all Italian helicopter rescue operators to discuss search and rescue operations conducted by helicopter.

In particular, ENAV has highlighted the importance of developing low-level instrumental procedures with high safety standards, which will bring significant benefits to rotorcraft emergency operations.
