Enav  participated at the World ATM Congress from 7 to 9 March 2017, held at the Institución Ferial de Madrid (IFEMA).
The event, now in its fifth year, annually hosts the leading Air Traffic Management providers as well as the main industries of the air navigation world. With more than 190 exhibiting companies, visitors from over 120 countries and almost 7,000 participants, WATM is the most important event in the ATC sector.

The World ATM Congress  represented a new opportunity to presenting Enav Group’s main international activities and its extensive products and consultancy services business offer, while actively participating in international workshops and seminars scheduled during the event.

Italy’s Enav, the only air navigation service provider to be quoted on a stock exchange, in its fifth participation, will be introducing an innovated, customized and elegant 108 sqm. exhibiting space, characterized by extensive relational areas as well as a Demo area, equipped with the latest technologies, at Hall 9 - Stand # 927.

International Activities

Enav plays a leading role in the main multilateral international programs, projects and activities such as SESAR, BLUE MED, 4-Flight/Coflight, Deployment Manager and within companies such as Aireon and ESSP-EGNOS.
The Company is also involved in the working activities of Organizations and Institutions such as ICAO, the European Commission and CANSO.

A latest generation Demo area within the exhibition space  introduced the Coflight and RACOON projects, aiming at demonstrating the potential and capabilities of the new air traffic control systems. Such systems are part of the development program of the European SESAR project (Single European Sky ATM Research). An initiative launched by the European Commission for the creation of a new European air traffic management system.

Enav's management  participated, as a speaker, at the WATM Conference "Adapting to change in ATM - creating the right culture" and, as a delegate, at various scheduled seminars, to bring their contribution to the development of systems and services in the air navigation field.
