Rome, 15 September 2020 – ENAV, the Italian air navigation service provider, got a perfect score in gender equality, gaining first position among the public service companies.

The Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza (ITQF – German Institute for Quality and Finance), Europe’s number one for independent tests and quality seals, which conducted the survey Italy’s Best Employers for Women 2021, gave ENAV the maximum score (100 points).

ENAV was the only company to get a perfect score among the public service providers. The ITQF established a provisional ranking of the best 200 companies, divided into different categories after testing over 2,000 among leading national and international companies operating in Italy.

ITQF experts processed data from three macro-areas, i.e., corporate culture, equal opportunities, and career, as well as several thematic elements, like: smart-working, working environment, equality of rights for women, women’s quotas, and the promotion of training.
