Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Rome, 15 October 2018 – ENAV announces that, as part of the share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 27 April 2018, from October 11 to 12, 2018 it has purchased 144,000 ordinary shares of the Company on the Italian Stock Exchange (M.T.A.) at an average price of EUR 3.96347 per share, net of commission. The total purchase price paid was EUR 570,739.79.
As previously communicated, the objective of the share buy-back program is to purchase ENAV SpA ordinary shares that will be allocated to service the long-term management incentive plan approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting.

Following the above-mentioned purchases, ENAV currently holds 1,200,000 treasury shares, equal to 0.22151% of its share capital.
The shares were purchased pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 27 April 2018, that set the maximum number of treasury shares to be purchased, on one or more occasions, at 1,200,000 for a maximum duration of 18 months.
