Consob authorizes publication of Prospectus

CONSOB, the Italian financial markets regulator, has today approved the Securities Note and Summary Note in connection with the public offer and listing project, for the listing of the ordinary shares of Enav Sp.A. (the “Company”) on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

 

The Securities Note and Summary Note, together with the Registration Document already approved by CONSOB on July 1, 2016, altogether constitute the Prospectus.

 

CONSOB’s approval follows the authorization received today from Borsa Italiana for the listing of the Company’s ordinary shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) gave

permission to quote its shares on the MTA.

 

The Prospectus will be deposited with CONSOB and will be available at ENAV’s headquarters in Rome on Via Salaria, 716, with the Placement manager and Dealers as well as on the Company’s website www.enav.it. Notice of publication will be published in at least one national financial/economic daily on July 9, 2016.

 

Details of the Global Offering will be presented by the Company during a press conference, which will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel, Via del Gesù 6/8 in Milan on Monday July 11, 2016 at 11:00am CET.
