Interim Management Report for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 approved by the Board of Directors:

• En-route and terminal traffic growth of 2.4% and 4.6% respectively in terms of service units
• Consolidated revenues of 177.4 million euro (+ 5.3% compared to March 31, 2015)
• Consolidated EBITDA reached 28.0 million euro (+ 34% compared to March 31, 2015)
• Consolidated net result was negative for 8.8 million euro, improving over the first quarter of 2015, due to the seasonal nature of air traffic flows in the winter months

ENAV S.p.A.’s Board of Directors, held today under the chairmanship of Franco Ferdinando Falco Beccalli, approved the Interim Management Report for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. In the first quarter of 2016 ENAV delivered a solid performance driven by the recovery in air traffic volumes, despite the typical seasonality of flows, which in this period of the year marks the lowest level of activity.
