Yes, all the vacancies advertised in the "Current vacancies" section have a closing date within which applications are accepted.
Can I receive emails and/or SMS by ENAV e-recruitment system to be kept updated about the vacancies advertised on the website?
No, registered users may not be sent automatic updates by email or SMS. We would therefore recommend checking the ENAV website > Join us > Current vacancies, on a regular basis, to see whether there are new positions available.
Is a college or university degree required to apply for a position at ENAV? Which one?
ENAV advertises vacancies in different departments that may require different college or university degrees/specializations.
Do I need to speak any foreign language to apply for a vacancy at ENAV?
Yes, besides Italian, for almost all our vacancies a fluent command of English is required.
May I submit my details even though there is no vacancy advertised?
Yes, you may do it. You can register on our website and complete the relevant online application form. However, your profile and curriculum will only be taken into consideration when you apply for a vacancy advertised.
May I attach my own CV file or certificates at the end of the registering process and upon completing the online CV form?
No. It is not possible to attach or upload any document during the registration process and/or when applying for an open position. We therefore recommend to complete and update your details and any change in your career using the forms you can find on our online recruitment system as we will only consider the information submitted on an application form or your profile.
Should I be shortlisted for a vacancy I applied for, will ENAV verify the information I submitted and the accuracy of my application?
Yes. All the certificates and/or academic and professional qualifications as well as the work experiences mentioned in the online form will be verified during the recruitment process.
Can you tell me if you have received my application?
Yes. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your application.
Will I be updated on each stage of the recruitment process?
Once we have completed the shortlisting, everyone who applies through the ENAV website will be notified of the outcome of their application by e-mail, whether you have been successfully shortlisted or not.

Academic and professional qualifications as well as any other requirement to apply for a vacancy will be specified when the need for new staff arise.
What kind of preparation should I expect to apply for an ATC vacancy?
During the first stage of the recruitment process, psychometric tests will be carried out in addition to an English Language test. We recommend you to improve your English language skills as personal skills and aptitudes are based on innate abilities and may not be directly connected to your academic or career path.
What medical/physical requirements do I need to meet to become an ATC?
Medical/physical requirements to become an ATC are set down by ENAC, the Italian Civil Aviation Authority, and are provided for consultation in the Rules and Regulations published on ENAC official website.
