Franca Brusco graduated from Messina University. Since 2002, she has been registered with the Order of Accountants, as well as the Register of Auditors and with the special order “Local Entities Auditors – Category 1”. She has offices in Rome and Milan and provides assistance in the field of management, financial reporting and tax for trade associations, public bodies, and private and public companies. She has professional experience in consulting, legal and tax assistance, auditing and supervision under Italian Legislative Decree 231, in companies operating in the industrial, naval services and non-profit sectors, in economic and non-economic public entities, as well as having several positions as part of boards of statutory auditors of public and private entities. She is a research fellow at Rome’s “La Sapienza” University: Department of Methods and Models of Economy, Territory and Finance (MEMOTEF). She is statutory auditor at COTRAL Patrimonio S.p.A., Zetema S.r.l. and PosteCom S.p.A. She is also statutory auditor at Ater Civitavecchia and of the Galleria Borghese national museum. Since 2003, she has been a consultant of, inter alia, corporations and non-profit organizations acting in the field of marine infrastructure, antipollution and renewable energy. In these areas she supported the management in administrative financial, accounting and tax management, in accounting system customization, in drawing up the individual and consolidated financial statements, in economic and financial planning with analysis of variations, in the auditing and release of commercial and tax opinions as well as in corporate reorganization. She participated as a speaker in meetings and training sessions of the personnel regarding tax and business issues, particularly focused on the redaction technique of financial statements according to accounting standards and also to international accounting standards. In 2014, she taught at the Sogei S.p.A. Accounting Harmonization master in accounting audited principles.
